Our new apartment building is being designed by Lancaster-based RLPS Architects, which specializes in the planning and design of retirement communities. Their design approach is based upon the philosophy that seniors at all levels of care have the need to continue the lifestyle available to them prior to moving into a senior living community. They recognize that access to nature, daylight, privacy, independence, choice and control are critical to long-term health and a sense of wellbeing. Foxdale Village has hired Benchmark Construction Company for pre-construction management services. Founded in 1985, they specialize in building continuing care retirement communities, and have received numerous awards for their expertise and craftsmanship. Other projects include Pennswood Village, Brethren Village, Frederick Mennonite, and Woodcrest Villa.
