Reserving a spot on the Futures List will give you priority in choice of location, apartment size and customized options. Joining the Futures List requires a total commitment of $2,200 ($1,000 refundable deposit for the Priority List, and a $1,000 refundable deposit for the Futures List plus a nonrefundable $200 administrative fee).
