Foxdale Village was formed out of philanthropy over twenty years ago, when its pioneering founders first met in 1985 to discuss their vision for creating a caring community. Gifts of time, talent, and financial resources created not just a non-profit continuing care retirement community of buildings, but a community imbued with the spirit of members supporting one another. That spirit of giving permeates Foxdale today. Residents, family members, employees and all members of the Foxdale community thank those led by the spirit of giving who make gifts to further this caring community.
You Can Make a Difference for Residents and Staff
The Community Fund
The Community Fund serves as a bulwark for residents, helping ensure their ability to remain a part of this caring community should they experience significant financial misfortune. While confidentiality prevents sharing information about those receiving support, Foxdale can assure donors that their gifts make a significant difference in the lives of community members. For more information please visit The Community Fund.
Givers of Care Funds: Aiding Employees
Foxdale’s mission speaks to its commitment to provide a supportive working environment for employees. All Foxdale employees, in their own unique and compassionate way, are Givers of Care. Foxdale’s commitment to Givers of Care extends beyond the day-to-day, providing support to enhance employee’s quality of life and work. Three no-interest loan funds support these Givers of Care regarding unplanned expenses (vehicle repair, travel to visit an ill family member, etc.), housing (down payments, purchase of energy efficient appliances, etc.), or education (certificate or degree programs not covered within the annual budget). For more information visit Givers of Care Funds.
