Moving to Foxdale
Foxdale Village offers residential living for those age 65 and over (for couples at least one must be 65 and the other at least 62). Admission to Foxdale Village is open to all applicants regardless of race, color, national origin, familial status, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, religion, handicap, or disability.
When you decide that living at Foxdale Village is part of your future, we recommend that you join our Priority List. Getting on this list now will give you priority in choice of apartment location and size when you are ready to make the move. The Priority List requires a $1,000 deposit, a $200 nonrefundable administrative fee, and a completed Priority List agreement.
If your time frame for a move to Foxdale Village is within 12 to 18 months, you should begin the admission process, which includes medical and financial paperwork.
