Chief Executive Officer
Passionate in his mission to enhance the lives of seniors, Rob Hays’ life work has been dedicated to ensuring seniors in our society are venerated, honored, and cared for in a manner which recognizes individual needs and empowers the aging individual. Since 2017, Rob has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Foxdale Village. Prior to joining the Foxdale team, Rob worked in long-term care and aging services for 33 years in capacities ranging from nurse’s aide, restorative aide, occupational therapy programs coordinator, social service director, corporate social service consultant, regional multi-facility corporate social service and workers comp coordinator, and skilled nursing facility Administrator. Rob has received many regional and state awards for innovative practices and programs in his field, and his state and federal compliance history is exemplary. Rob holds degrees in gerontology, social work, and Alaska Native Studies. Rob completed a Leadership Fellowship with LeadingAge and a Fellowship with The European Eden Institute. His roles in the public and non-profit sector include sitting on the boards of the Alzheimer Association, the Rinehart Clinic, the North American Division of Adventist Senior Services, and two Hospice chapters. Throughout the Northwest, he taught classes on aging to professional, academic, and lay-person groups. Rob has consulted and advised development services for the Alzheimer’s Research Alliance, Milo Academy, and Holy Rosary Academy. Rob supported the academic community by serving on advisory boards at both Blue Mountain Community College and Linn Benton Community College. In 2006, the Governor of Oregon appointed Rob to a second term on the Oregon State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators; he served two consecutive years as Chairman.
Director of Finance
Corey has been the Director of Financial Services at Foxdale Village since 2005. Before holding his current position, Corey spent four years overseeing the accounting for another multi-site retirement community corporation with nineteen different communities across PA and Maryland. He also spent two years in KPMG's audit practice, holds a CPA license, and a Masters of Strategic Leadership. Over his career, Corey has helped develop several campus master plans, assisted in multiple repositioning projects, worked on several significant financial turnarounds for struggling campuses, and has helped with financing several projects.
Director of Health Services
Meg Clouser has grown up in the local State College area. As the Director of Health Services she oversees Foxdale's 55 bed personal care home, 46 bed skilled nursing care, therapy services, wellness program, and health office. Meg brings over six years of experience in long term care settings. She began her growth in long term care while completing a master’s degree in health and human service administration, is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator. Meg's previous position was the Nursing Home Administrator for a 157 bed skilled nursing and short term rehabilitation facility.
Director of Residency Planning/Marketing
Libby brings over 25 years of marketing experience to Foxdale. With a background in publishing and advertising, she has spent the last 14 years in the senior housing marketing industry, right here at Foxdale. She is Responsible for oversight of the Residency Planning/Marketing department, supervision of the Residency Planning/Marketing team, and coordination of marketing efforts, including outreach, advertising, and events to assist prospective residents with considering their retirement living options. Libby holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
Director of Environmental Services
As Director of Environmental Services Adam oversees Foxdale's Maintenance, Housekeeping, Transportation and Laundry services. Adam joined Foxdale in 2013 after serving as Facilities Manager with University Orthopedics Center in State College. He obtained undergraduate degrees from Mount Ida College and East Carolina University and completed his Master of Education from Salisbury University.
Director of Human Resources
Julie has been at Foxdale Village since 2012 as Director of Human Resources. She has worked within the public and private sectors in both union and non-union environments in various industries, such as transportation, education and manufacturing within a global corporate structure. She holds a bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State and professional certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is a member and past president of the Human Resources Association of Centre County, member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a 2010 Leadership Centre County graduate.
Director of Dining Services
Bill has been the Director of Dining Services since 2012. Bill has worked in 9 different Senior Living Communities across Oklahoma, North Carolina, Maryland and now back home in Pennsylvania. Bill brings over 30 years of Food Service and Hospitality background in both a Retail environment as well as Senior Living to Foxdale Village.
