Tama Carey

Chief Executive Officer

Joining the Foxdale Village team in 2020, Tama brings nearly four decades of experience in the long-term care and health services industries. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Presby Inspired Life in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. Tama received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in PA.

Patrick Cannonie

Chief Financial Officer

Pat joined Foxdale Village as Controller in 2022 and now serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Finance, the Business Office, and Information Technology. His role brings together financial stewardship and operational leadership in support of Foxdale’s mission and community. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.

Meg Clouser

Director of Health Services

Bringing years of experience in the long-term care industry to Foxdale Village, Meg oversees Foxdale’s personal care and skilled nursing care neighborhoods as well as therapy services, the wellness program, and the health office. Previously, she was the Nursing Home Administrator for a skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility. Meg holds a Master’s degree in health and human service administration and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and licensed Personal Care Home Administrator.

Mary Jane Schreffler

Director of Human Resources

Mary Jane is an experienced Human Resources professional whose background includes human resources experience in non-profit, manufacturing and health care settings. Her experience includes domestic and international human resources in areas such as strategic planning, project management, benefits, payroll, divestitures and acquisitions, compliance and employee relations. Mary Jane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University, holds a Senior Professional Human Resource Certification (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Lisa Harrington

Director of Residency Planning/Marketing

Lisa joined Foxdale Village in 2016 as a sales counselor in the Residency Planning and Marketing Department and became director of the department in January 2020. Prior to joining Foxdale, Lisa worked in banking for Nittany Bank and National Penn Bank in State College. She holds a B.S. degree from SUNY Geneseo and is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Centre County.

Jerry McMahon

Director of Environmental Services and Emergency Planning

Jerry McMahon serves as Director of Environmental Services and Emergency Planning and oversees facilities operations, campus infrastructure, environmental services, emergency preparedness, and capital improvement projects. Since joining Foxdale in 2024, he has focused on enhancing resident comfort, safety, and quality of life while supporting the long-term sustainability of the Foxdale campus.

With more than 32 years of experience in facilities and operations management, including service with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Jerry brings extensive expertise in maintenance, project management, compliance, and emergency planning. Jerry is a U.S. Army combat veteran who served with the 10th Special Forces Group.
